We will show you the photos of any hail or wind damage that we may find. We inspect and take photos of your roof, gutters, windows, screens, and more! These photos will be submitted to your insurance company as well.

We make sure that all of our photos are consistent and clear, showing all impacts of hail or wind on all 4 sides and top of your home. This gives your insurance company a clearer view of the damage.

We give you all of the necessary tools for filing with your insurance. You will have direct access to a roofing specialist to ask questions or get any help you may need!

To ensure that we have a clear understanding of what your insurance adjuster finds, we will want to attend the adjuster appointment. We will communicate our findings to the adjuster as well.

Once your roof replacement is approved by your insurance, we will schedule an appointment with you to explain the adjuster’s report, discuss the process of replacement and what to expect, and choose shingle colors for the new roof.

There will be a project manager (PM) assigned to your roof replacement from the start of installation (sunrise) to finish (depending on the size of your roof). The PM will take before, during, and after photos. If there are any concerns, it will be discussed before replacement.

Our team will take care of all of the final paperwork with your insurance company. We always recommend that you contact the insurance company to confirm with them that you had your roof replaced, as your insurance company may apply a discount to your policy.
